Facilitator:  Barbara Anderson is an experienced Agile Coach and Trainer with hands-on experience as Lead Agilist on a large Defense Program for the Navy.  She has consistent Agile Transformation success from traditionally managed environments, helping teams discover how to innovate, adopt an agile mindset, and accelerate the delivery of value. She has experience coaching both teams and customers to collaborate using the Scrum Framework. She is gifted in coaching Scrum Masters and Product Owners in their journey as Servant/Leaders. In addition to being a certified Scrum@Scale Trainer, she is a Certified Scrum Professional-SM, and a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) with extensive experience as an effective change agent and communicator.
